If there’s anything that can keep your face and body from freezing, it’s the old “fashion” trick: layering. And it looks amazing. But you have to be precise about what you want to layer under which jacket because otherwise you’re gonna look like a snow doll. It doesn’t matter how much you love the Disney movie “Frozen” and yes we all love Elsa’s little friend Olaf but we don’t want to look like you, sorry, Olaf. Just let it go.
In this outfit I didn’t do much of a layering technique but I assure you, I didn’t feel any of the bare cold coming to me. There’s nothing warmer in winter than leather pants or maybe in this case: faux leather pants. I bought these babies 3 years ago in the well known store River Island in one of my favorite cities Amsterdam, or maybe you like A’dam more. Every time yes every time I feel the same joy when I put them on. Do they have the same quality? No. But does it make you look as good? Hell yeah. And they already survived 3 years so, how bad could the quality really be?
Enough about layering and “faux” leather but a little more about these boots I have on my feet right now. Do you feel the same joy as I when you see them? I hope you do! I’ve been looking for a pair like these since 2 years now and finally I saw a the fairy godmother appearing in a store and screaming: here they are! They are on sale! Buy them NOW! And it was just a casual Wednesday afternoon. How great could a day be? I feel like a putted a lot of Disney in my story.. I assume it’s time to go.
Btw Loves, I wanted to let you know that i’m leaving for Berlin in just 2 days and some amazing posts will be coming to you soon. Stay tuned. 😉
