Here we are again, back from one of Europe’s most beautiful capital cities “Berlin”. I have to say that Berlin not only surprised me on an artistic level and off course on the high amount of original and unique fashion boutiques but the food was surprisingly g-o-o-d. When I think of our trip, the first thing that crossed my mind was: I literally have eaten the best ravioli of my life. Yes, ravioli is my favorite dish. I could eat myself out of a way of ravioli. But I will inform about the best restaurants of Berlin in another post soon! The thing that I loved the most about this city, is the originality in everything that they do. No matter where you go. Even a “regular” sneaker shop with brands that are shipped worldwide, has something new to find. And the second hand shops don’t just sell regular items they also have beautiful purses or shoes you really want to join your closet.
The several districts are one thing, so I suggest if you ever go visit this beautiful city don’t take your high heels with ya or your Isabel Marant sneakers (which I did!) because you’re gonna walk a lot! Maybe I’m not used to it because I live in a smaller country but am I the only who thinks that the stores are spread very widely? And if you go in the Winter season take warm, comfortably clothes in your suitcase! Exclamation mark. Everyone told me “you should pack a little warmer”, but no, I am the most stubborn person on earth to set my own thoughts true. And I had packed my Tubular sneakers, so my feet were also frozen time to time. That made me think which neighborhood I liked the most? Maybe Kreuzeberg for his art gallery’s or maybe Mitte for the local stores and good food? I think I’m going to go back and just try it out one more time.
